Shipping cost:

As all our candles are hand poured right here in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland, all orders are dispatched within 5 business days of receiving order.

NZ Wide - 1-5 working days (not including order processing time)  $7 

Free Delivery on all orders over $150 within New Zealand 

Shipping time frame:

Packages can arrive anywhere from 1-7 working days, during November and December we expect that parcel delivery delays in Auckland will continue until after retail stores reopen. As significant changes in the Auckland Alert Level restrictions are announced, NZPost will continue to adapt their response.

All items purchased from Christen Your Room are carefully packaged with sustainable practices in mind. The bubble wrap is recycled and we try to use brown paper from grocery bags for wrapping.

If for any reason your package is not up to standard or has been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can provide a suitable solution.
